THE ROOF OF THIS BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF THE "SALZBURG CASTLE" WAS RENOVATED AS A VENTILATED ROOF CONSTRUCTION AND CONVERTED INTO A SHELL BUILDING. THE FOUR NEW DORMERS EXTENDING IN EACH DIRECTION WERE ADDED TO THE IMPRESSIVE OLD ROOF CONSTRUCTION, WHICH WAS PRESERVED, REINFORCED AND EXTENDED.<br>THE LOFT-LIKE INTERIOR OFFERS TWO DIFFERENT FUNCTIONAL PARAPET HEIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE DORMER WINDOWS, SO THAT THE LIVING SPACE IS STRONGLY CONNECTED WITH THE SURROUNDING TREETOPS AND GARDEN. THE NEW EAST-FACING BREAKFAST TERRACE IS MADE OUT OF STEEL WITH WROUGHT IRON RAILINGS AND A SMALL STAIRCASE LEADING DIRECTLY TO THE GARDEN.
